Alpha Realty Sunshine Coast would like to thank the local community for its support and trust over the last 2 ½ years. As a result of this support we, the owners (Linden & Ann Hughes), have now acquired another real estate office (RealWay Mooloolaba).

We see this as a positive acquisition. Current trends have shown that coastal residents are moving to the hinterland, similarly some local residents are moving back to the coast. This new acquisition will enable us to expand our marketing area to the benefit of both Mooloolah Valley and Mooloolaba clients.
